So I went here the day before Thanksgiving, and unbeknownst to me, it was "Receipt Day." What is "Receipt Day" you may ask? Apparently, everything that you buy on "Receipt Day" you get for free on any day in 2013 when you present the receipt from "Receipt Day." I cannot wait for 2013. I have my receipt in my wallet. Unexpected BONUS!

Yay for Chic-Fil-A! I always bring a few of my business cards to try to "poach" their employees for my business because they never fail to go above and beyond with a big smile. Those kinds of employees deserve to have a lot of opportunity thrown their way. But Chick-Fil-A must treat them really good because i never get takers! The food itself is, in my opinion, the best tasting in all of fast food.

The food here is decent. The play area needs to be policed however: there were bigger kids than appropriate in there and they were swinging from the outsides of the equipment and presenting an all-around hazard to the littler tykes, we just kept ours out of there and he was *heartbroken* When my 4-year old cries his eyes out because of a neglectful management, we don't return. Get it together, guys.

A+ A+ A+ I've never had better service anywhere. I literally was in line for 30 seconds and received an apology for the wait. My order was repeated back to me twice, and when I received the food, it was fresh, hot, and my order was 100% correct.

Always consistent, even when super busy. Friendly staff, and attentive. Sometimes I get the #1 sometimes I get the #5.

I'd like to think I know a little something about this particular Chick-fil-A. Why? Because I've probably gone to this location more than any more paying customer. Yes, I'm addicted. Yes, I have a problem. At least I have come to terms with my addiction.. That being said, this location is outstanding. I've been going here for years and they ALWAYS have the kindest, most polite workers you could imagine. I've had multiple experiences where they had my combo meal ready in under 30 seconds. Seriously, these guys are good. I don't know the owners or management, but I'd say they have something good going on here. Thanks for the years of awesomeness.

Come on people what's better in fast food than chick fil a? ! Perfect service, clean, quality food and the people that work there take pride in their job. Not to mention the company had kept its promise to close on Sundays to allow workers to have time with their family. I will always support this company over other fast good places!

My favorite chain. Reasonable prices. Yummy chicken and waffle fries and the employees are nice for a change. Cheers to Chick-Fil-A

What is about Chick Fil A? I don't care if it's Atlanta, Denver, wherever.......the employees are always super friendly, courteous, and on their game. The place can be packed (and usually is) and they always move the line quickly and the orders are perfect. It's like Chick Fil A only hires the cream of the crop when it comes to fast food employees, whether it's a sixteen year old kid or a sixty year old immigrant. And then there's the chicken. BOMB-diggity is all I can say. It's the best chicken sandwich in town. It's the best chicken nuggets and chicken tenders in town. The chicken biscuit is absolute money. Now they have a spicy version to all of these. Awesome dipping sauces as well - they offer about 7-8 great sauces (try the new Chick Fil A sauce). And who doesn't crave the waffle fries? I would give Chick Fil A 4.5 stars because the milkshakes are only average.........but who the heck comes here for ice cream?

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE me some Chik Fil A! That is all to it! I don't make it up this way often, but when I do and I am hungry, I stop on by for a #1 with the super sugary Lemonade and waffle fries. Yum! I always eat my pickles first and then slap some mayo on my hearty chicken sandwhich and eat away.............Free drink refills too if you dine in. I wish they were open on Sundays though. Oh well.

Meh" dried chicken sandwich is ordered was disappointing. So the second time in went on order something else and yup dried chicken again. People make a big deal on the waffle fries but there the same ones you buy at the store. A place that specializes in chicken sandwich there's sucks, any other fast food chain makes it better.

I'm from GA, where Chick-fil-A originates-- in fact, I know the owner and his kids and grandkids. I wanted a taste of home and ran through this drive-thru for an ice dream cone and some waffle fries. Fries were crispy and seasoned just right and the ice dream was dreamy, creamy, and tasted like home. Glad that they have a location here.

Terrible. Chicken was filled with discrimination and bigotry. Don't support this establishment or choose to be on the wrong side of history!

This is the only chick-fil-a that we never ever have any issues with. Normally don't review chain spots unless they really deserve it!

Have not been since I lived in SLC! Sooo forgot how awesome they are. I got just a basic chicken sandwich, and I will be going back again :)

Meh! Expensive fast food for just chicken sandwiches and fries. Fries do not taste any better than regular fries but they try to make them special by cutting them in "waffle" style.

  • Lani P.

What can I say a place with all chicken.. It's pretty good, but more than the average cost. The chickens are hearty and a little juicy, though the fried is dry. The spicy chicken isn't spicy at all. the Cold chicken sandwich is terrible and 7-elevens is way better. The best thing here is the criss cut fries and honestly that's why I go.

Really bummed out with this location during a recent visit. After going through the drive through (which is always at least a 10 minute wait), I order food for my kids and a salad for myself. We were on a tight schedule so I let the kids start eating in the car. Once we arrived to our appt. on the other side of town, I had about 5 minutes to dig into my $8 salad. When I opened everything up, I realized, I didn't have a fork to eat it with. GRRRRRR. I picked out a few of the pieces of chicken with my fingers (I was annoyed because I didn't have anything to clean my hands before touching my food) and had to end up wasting most of the salad. I was in appts. and car all afternoon so saving it for later was not a choice unless I wanted to eat a soggy, wilted, warm from sitting in the hot car all day, salad. I called the store to talk to the manager. Told her the story and said, I can't go back for a fork, I'm on the other side of town, the meal was wasted, can you just send me a coupon for a make up salad on my next visit? She informed me that people make mistakes and leaving a fork out of my bag doesn't warrant getting FREE Food. I wasn't asking for the farm! We eat here several times a month and spend around $25 a visit - usually more because this is where I usually go when I have extra kiddos with me. It's not cheap! I will make sure NOT to bring my business back here again or any other locations in the area. Usually these guys are really good about customer service and I've always been a fan of the company but this one instance just ruined it for me. That was a HUGE let down!!!!

I love Chick-fil-a in general, but this location is by far the BEST! It is not often you go to a fast food joint and actually find an employee who seems to like job. This place is teaming with them. That says quite a bit. An extra high-five for Tina and Barb!

I was very hungry one day and decided to get some "Chick fil-a" I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and and extra box of nuggets and a large drink.. the total was over 9 dollars.. Ok I'm ready to get my "grub on." When I got my meal I looked at the sandwich and thought...where is it? It had a cute little piece of breaded chicken between two little buns. The potato fries were a handful of teasers.. after two bites I got done with the little sandwich and the nuggets and fries I was still hungry and disappointed. I thought I just paid 9 dollars. This whole experience was very disappointing and left my pocket book with a whole in it...

Sweet Tea, thou art mine Kryptonite. When I first moved to Colorado, Chick Fil A was the only place I could get my Southern Sweet Tea fix. *twitch* It just happened that they've got awesome fried chicken fixin's, too. I love their Chick'n'Strips, which are whole chicken breast tenderloins, breaded and fried. I dunk 'em in the Honey Mustard... oh yeah, it's a heart healthy meal. Their waffle-cut french fries are fun, and while I'm not a fry fan, the Man seems to enjoy them. I get their Cole Slaw instead. It's the chopped variety, and nothing special, but basic and good. His fave is the classic Chicken Sandwich, dunked of course in the Honey Mustard. Mmmm... Fried Chicken and Sweet Tea. Ambrosia from the Southern Part of Heaven.

This location is pretty fast. Went through the drive-thru with 4 other cars in front of me and I was out of there within 2 minutes. Mind you I was there at noon on a weekday - parking lot was super busy! Great service - thanks guys!

*boggles* I only went here today cuz I got a thing in the mail offering me a peach shake (14 or 20 oz) with the purchase of any entree. Not even a full meal, just the entree. So I ordered 4 chicken strips. I was greeted by *cheerful, kindly* order-taking voices...and an "if you'll pull around the side it'll be *our pleasure* to serve you." Our *PLEASURE*?! *REALLY*??? (screwed-up face debating whether anyone could seriously say during hot summer days doling out food whether it'd be their *pleasure* and seriously mean it -- but these people...did.) *WOW*. Attitude is a *big* plus at this place, and apparently I'm not the only one that notices it from some of the other reviews here. I drive up and meet the beaming SMILE and service-oriented attitude of a perky young lady as she works her best drive-through charm on me. Don't worry, honey, I'm sold. You all *rock*. On top of it I get a *huge* 20oz peach shake -- and not a typical shake like you'd get at McD's or BK or most other fast food places. Oh no. This one comes with about half a snowball's shape and size of whipped cream on the top, *with* the curvy lid. On a 90+ degree summer day, that's bliss, kids. Screw it. I was going to give this place 4 stars because I just couldn't give drive-through fast food 5 stars...but heck with it. Maybe it's 4 1/2 stars rounded up. They earned it. (The strips were pretty damn tasty, too.) [It's the opposite of that Taco Hell I was at a few days ago!]

I'm gunna follow my girl "Hoopty" here and give you a non-mom review. Totally annoying when this place is overrun by small, badly behaving, rude children, which is not too often. Just avoid it when it is prime eating time (noon, 6p, you catch my drift) and you are fine. Moving on, I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! This particular restaurant is always clean and the staff is really nice. I crave Chick-fil-a... LOVE it! It's a good meal, it's an inch better for you than other fast food places, and they are just so gosh darn nice. Seriously, never met a nasty chick-fil-a-er or even one having a bad day. You can almost guarantee that they will have a great attitude if you come here. Super cool? They will do any soda mix you want. I am partial to half diet coke, half diet dr. pepper (seriously, don't judge, just try it sometime. DAMN GOOD mix!) and they do it with a smile! Downside... I always want my chick-fil-a on a Sunday and that is a no go. :-(

It might have been nice when it first opened, but now it's filthy ...we saw a cockroach scampering up the wall and the floor seemed really greasy...disgusting...

The food was good - nice to have something fast other than a greasy burger, staff polite, and my kids love the play area.... And that's where it goes down hill, the play area. Sectioned off by glass walls and a door with handles at adult and kid heights, this fun and enticing play structure is a good way to burn off some energy. Nevermind the germs that they may pick up from this tight, hot and humid room. Catching colds and such happens, but I was very disappointed when someone let their older kid go running around in there without socks and obvious athlete's foot on both feet. I addressed a staff member about it after telling the kid that he needed to wear socks had no effect. They asked me how I could tell.... I described the scaly, fissured sores - very classic. A manager came in and watched the kids for a little bit. The kid left for a few minutes, not sure if the manager went and addressed it with the parents or not.... But within minutes, he was back in there playing again, still sockless, running around the store barefoot right in front of the employees I that knew about the issue. He wasn't prevented from spreading his fungus around more. They didn't even attempt to close the play area or clean / sanitize it. Don't let the hand sanitizer stations fool you into thinking they care about cleanliness and the spread of germs. I contacted Chick-Fil-A about this incident and 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive any response from them.

Ok, here is an official Mom review of Chik-fil-a. Since I am sensing from the other reviews that no one has dared go near the soundproof glass encasing the plague room, I mean playland, I thought I would shine some light on the other side of Chik-fil-a. My kids LOVE to go here, not so much the food for them, really the chance to climb up and down the play structure and absorb every germ left behind by every kid who's mom brought them in knowing they were sick. Yes, that happens, a lot. Although any mom who's kids face is covered in snot will cry allergies, it's just not so. I myself have climbed the playland too many times to count, whether to rescue one of mine who was too young to figure out where the slide was, or to threaten someone elses kid to play nice...... or else, and it's just gross. I've heard of those flash radiation sanitizer gizmos and I think every fast food playland is the perfect place to test those out. If you get close enough to check, those brightly colored plastic cubes of fun have lots of creases and crevices. Those creases and crevices are filled with crumbs. Food crumbs, and kid crumbs, if you catch my drift. Now, I know that one of those uber-polite teens has to go in and clean that thing every now and then, but let me tell you, it's probably just a courtesy run. Anywho, kids love it, I deal cause the food is yummy and the service so polite. It's the one fast food place where I never feel like someone is going to spit in my food just because they hate working there. Also, for any of you who get kids meals, did you know you can trade the super lame toy in for an ice-dream cone? Mmmmhmm, dessert, at no extra charge.

This is the best Chick-Fil-A in the chain. Normally, I don't really bother to review chain restaurants...especially fast food. I don't eat fast food very often, and I figure that you know what you're getting when you walk in the door without me adding my two cents. Which brings me to another point. Why do people peruse the menu at fast food restaurants? Do you really not know by now what they serve at Chick-Fil-A? Do you need time to ponder the pros and cons of chicken sandwich verses nuggets? But I digress. I am departing from my norm here just because the service at this location is amazing. I almost enjoy coming here for lunch because they are so friendly and efficient. It just goes to show you that good customer service is a no cost way to really make a difference.

Going to Chick-fil-A always presents a philosophical dilemma for me. My rabid atheism conflicts with my love of good customer service and delicious chicken nuggets. How can it be so religious yet so good? It just is. I just don't understand. Is this what all these born agains around here refer to as having "faith?" But really, this place is awesome. The chicken nuggets are my favorite. The Polynesian sauce is what puts them at the top. The sandwiches are good. Everything they serve here is always very fresh and hot. Southern-style sweet tea is the perfect compliment as well. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. After going to other fast food restaurants, the level of customer service here is also quite amazing. When is the last time you went into a burger chain and they answered your "thanks" with a cheery "my pleasure!"? One time I went here and they were playing Christian rock. The food was still good, but it was really distracting and annoying. I mean, can't I enjoy a 12-piece box of fresh chicken nuggets without my ears being assaulted by some dude singing about how he much he loves Jesus? Truly amazing. The worst thing is that they're closed on Sundays. For some reason, Sunday is the perfect day to go to Chick-Fil-A. I can't even count how many times this scenario has played out: "Hey, dude, you know what would be perfect right now? SOME CHICK-FIL-A!" "Yeah!!! Let's do it!" "Oh shit, it's Sunday." (Wrath of Khan style) "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Let me begin by saying that I'm from Atlanta, the home of Chick-fil-a, and love their food. This store, unfortunately, is terrible when compared to the high bar set by all of their other restaurants. I'm not sure who's running the show at this store, but having employees impose limits on the number of sauces that you can request is so silly. If I'd like four Chick-fil-a sauces to have with my chicken strips, then give me four of them. Also, I tried to use two coupons at the drive-thru there this morning and the young lady taking my order obnoxiously smarted off about them. Ummm, if you don't like coupons, then your company probably shouldn't produce so many of them. I will not be returning to this store.
